- Friday Night Neighborhood Hangout ? March 15 at 7 p.m. All are welcome at the Museum of Motherhood on the third Friday of each month (February, March, April) and hang out night at the museum with pizza and snacks, beer and wine for adults. Kids welcome in our playspace. Hosted by Lisa Latcholia. (Adults $15, kids $10 (under 3 free))
- Art 4 You on Sunday, March 17 at the Museum of Motherhood in New York City (1 pm). Have you ever thought about how to use your child?s artistic talents to leverage their struggle in other academic disciplines? Artist and art educator Christina Soriano designs unique and fun art experiences for children ages 5-10 by developing your child?s creative thinking and problem-solving skills while linking art to other academic disciplines. The real masterpiece is building each child?s confidence and enthusiasm along the way. Allow the creative energy to flow freely during an open art studio workshop. Materials provided. James? infectious beat and musical pizazz makes every kid (and parent) wanting more. A wonderful songwriter and original interpreter of children classics, this is a show not to be missed! ($15 per adult ? kids free (no more than 2 children per adult, additional children $5))
